
Chicken Caesar Salad
I’ve been working on some recipes for a residential home and really like this chicken Caesar Salad. It’s quick and easy and not too bad on the carb count either Chicken Caesar Salad (serves 2- ---2.5g Carbs per serve) Ingredients 2 skinless chicken breasts, 125g 100g cos lettuce, torn into strips/chunks Parmesan shavings, to serve For the dressing 2 anchovy fillets 1/1/2 tbsp.
