Chocolate Hazelnut Whip

Are you looking for a Christmas dessert, or just for a treat? This one looks great in a “posh” glass and tastes so good!


Chocolate Hazelnut Whip (serves 2 – 7g carbs)



  • 100ml whipping cream

  • 4 tsp chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 1 tbsp. brandy, optional (this is the Xmas twist)

  • Whites of 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp chopped, roasted hazelnuts





Whip the cream, then fold in the chocolate spread and brandy, if using.

Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Fold in one large spoonful into the chocolate cream using a metal spoon, then fold in the remaining egg white.

Spoon into 2 posh glasses and chill for one hour. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
